Ongoing registered agent service is $225 per year and is invoiced on January 1 of each year. Our billing cycle follows the calendar year, not your LLC's formation date.

A registered agent satisfies Montana's in-state presence requirement for your LLC. Registered agent services include, but are not limited to:

• Receive, forward, and send all mail, legal and otherwise, on behalf of the LLC
• Correspond with outside agencies on behalf of the LLC.*
• Serve as a local brick and mortar in order to fulfill statutory requirements of the Montana corporation
• Maintain client records which allow the members to maintain privacy and discretion
• File required state and local reports or other documents annually, and/or as needed, on behalf of the LLC
• Register and renew vehicles, boats, airplanes and other moveable assets for LLC members, with no sales tax in the state of Montana, for use in any jurisdiction, state, or country.

*We cannot speak to lien holders due to security enforced by financial institutions.
