Full-time RVer? Always on the road for work? Heading out of the country for a few months? You may be wondering what to do with your mail while you're out adventuring or traveling between job sites. Montana Corporate has the answer: Our full-service mail hold!

How does it work?

It's simple — Call our office at (406) 204-2167 or email our mail team at mailroom@montanacorporate.com, and we will set up an account for you. Once your mail hold account is established, you'll need to file an address change with the United States Postal Service by visiting the official USPS website or obtaining and submitting the paper form at the nearest post office.

Once your address change has taken effect with the post office, all mail received is held in our secure mailroom until you contact our office to forward your mail in bulk in a tracked package to a specified address. We can forward to shipping centers, RV parks, hotels, or family members — wherever you end up, we'll send all of your mail to meet you!

How much does it cost?

Full-time mail hold service is $150 per year, charged with your annual LLC renewal fees. Each shipment of bulk standard mail held in our office is $10. Large packages are $10 + shipping fees to forward. Expedited/overnight shipping is also available for an additional fee.

What if I don't need a full-time mailing address?

A privacy mailbox and standard mail forwarding is included with your LLC. Any mail received in our office is forwarded piece-by-piece via standard USPS mail to the address on file. Packages received are forwarded on an individual basis at a cost of $50 + shipping per package. Packages with dimensions of more than 24" are assessed an additional $10 oversized package fee.

Whether you choose our full-service mail hold or the standard privacy mailbox included with your LLC, it is important to keep your information current. Please contact our office with any changes to your address or shipping preferences!
