• Your personal data and company information have been sent to MontanaCorporate.com.
• Your payment has been processed and you will receive an invoice shortly.
• In addition to the information provided in your LLC application, a government-issued photo ID of at least one member of your LLC is required. Please email a copy of your ID to support@montanacorporate.com. Please note that any vehicle registration work will not be completed until we receive a copy of your ID.
• We'll immediately file your LLC with the MT Secretary of State.
• If you need to make any changes, let us know as soon as possible. After filing, changes can only be made with an amendment ($55 fee).
• In about 24 hours, the Montana Secretary of State will generate an official LLC acknowledgement copy of your filing. Your LLC will then be active. We'll email you a scanned copy. You may need this document for purchase or financing purposes.
